EVR, short for Electronic Vehicle Registration, is a service provided by private companies on behalf of the State of Oregon. It enables approved End Users to process registration transactions. This reduces the number of errors and paperwork. It also provides customers with one-stop shopping. The service includes fee estimates and advice for filing registration applications in all states.
The Electronic Vehicle Registration program was previously administered by the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AMVA). Since then, it has been moved to ATLAS Release 2. This website contains more information about the program and definitions of terms related to various topics. The links on the right provide details of each term.
The RMV is continuing its effort to minimize in-person interactions by implementing changes to the EVR program during the first quarter of 2021. These changes will require applicants to undergo a background check, a requirement that is outlined in the Registry of Motor Vehicles Agreement. This course will examine the economic analysis of natural resource problems. It examines the reasons for these problems, as well as the measures that are employed to address them. In the process, students will acquire a broad understanding of the processes involved in conducting environmental impact assessments, preparing judicial opinions, and developing conservation outreach programs. They will also learn about the role of science in generating actionable knowledge to ensure the sustainability of our natural resources.
The Advanced GIS course covers spatial analysis, remote sensing, and scripting using ArcGIS Pro. In addition to the lecture portion, students will undertake a GIS project to apply GIS skills to a real-world application. The course will include journal readings and lab exercises. It is intended for students who have taken an introductory GIS course. The course will also have several extensions to complete lab exercises.
This course will also explore the role of social sciences in the assessment of the physical environment, including the effects of human activities on the marine environment. It will also look at the roles of policy, research, and society in the production of environmental knowledge.
Students will conduct an interdisciplinary field study focusing on coastal environments of South Florida. The field component will take place on select weekends throughout the semester. During this period, the students will conduct explorations and record the discovery. This includes observations of marine life in the sea and on the ground. The students will also be tasked with documenting the discovery and communicating it to other stakeholders.
